Who will you trust with your child's career?

You are not choosing only who will negotiate a contract. You are choosing who will pick up the phone when your child is far from home, has lost his place in the line-up or faces a decision that can change the next few years.

A junior player is a teenager first. Moving clubs, moving countries or moving away from home affects school, friendships, confidence and family life — not just ice time.

We take that seriously. Our first conversation with a young player almost always includes the parents, and we would rather advise a family to wait a year than push a move that suits us more than it suits the child.

There is no obligation attached to talking to us, and no cost to asking a question.

What a first meeting looks like

Why should a talented sixteen-year-old choose us?

Because he gets personal attention, an open assessment and a clear plan for the next steps. He knows who is looking after him, how the cooperation works and why we recommend a particular decision.

You always know who is taking care of you and you can reach that person directly.
We say openly what the player's current options are, including what we are unsure about.
The plan is specific: level, role, what has to improve and by when.
Around the player there is a whole team — conditioning, skills, nutrition, medical care and mentoring.

Questions parents ask us

When is the right time to speak to an agent?: Earlier than most families think, and with less commitment than they expect. A first conversation costs nothing and often results in advice to simply keep playing where you are.
Does representation mean my child has to move away?: No. Many of the best decisions we help with are decisions to stay: another season at the current club, in a bigger role, is often worth more than an early move.
Who makes the decisions?: The player and the family. We give an honest assessment and the options with their consequences, and then support the decision that is made.
What about school?: Education is part of the plan from the beginning, not something to be repaired later. For families who want a combined route, we work with certified partners in North America.
What does the cooperation cost the family?: We explain the scope of services and the fee openly at the first meeting, before anything is signed.
What are the risks of moving abroad?: A different language, a different school system, distance from family and no guarantee of ice time. We go through all of it before the decision, not after it.
Does a smaller agency mean fewer options?: No. It means fewer players per person and more attention. Our contacts and cooperation with certified partners in Europe and North America are behind every player.
